Who Was This Person? #12
« on: May 01, 2012, 10:53:36 AM »
He was born in Manhattan and left school at age 16. He was at times a singing waiter, an announcer, and a comedian. He served in the Army Air Corps in WWII, during which time he was sent to England.

Using his shortened birth name, he starred in TV shows and grade B movies.

I figured it's about time I entered his name in this series.

Oooh ooh,I think I know this one but will bow out.
It is said that branches draw their life from the vine. Each is separate yet all are one as they share one life giving stem . The Bible tells us we are called to a similar union in life, our lives with the life of God. We are incorporated into him; made sharers in his life. Apart from this union we can do nothing.

Oh well.  I figure he'll be the answer to one of these eventually.

I suspect Zeus had the correct answer too, but he chose not to spill the beans.

I have no problem spilling beans.  :-)
