I've been warned numerous times on leaking out how to cheat systems with regard to Internet voting. So I won't say here how I did it, which would be very very bad.
But suffice to say sometimes these sites have no idea of how easy there systems are to compromise. I've emailed them with a documented method on how I voted (more than once) in less than (a small amount of time), and showed them how people could take advantage of it. I also cued them to the Dummie's post so they can make their own assessment.
NOTE: Above paragraphed quantity and time frames were purposely left ambiguous. Per policy, I will not comment on actual Internet violation activity except for reporting what I did in context of an honorable result; in this case notifying the site about being vulnerable to system abusers.
