that is the excuse being used by the border patrol to pull over people in forks, 40 miles to the south.

this is so much bullshit by the aclu-less.  They want to accuse the USBP of doing an illegal act while they are protecting the U.S. Citizens from illegal invaders whose mere presence in our Country is an illegal act.
