An ex-pro boxer, WWII veteran (one of a few survivors to a massacre of American POWs by German SS troops), and dance instructor didn't get in front of the cameras until around the time of his 40th birthday.

(Short but sweet clue! [I hope!]) But someone will get it real fast.....
