the numbers on cnn.com went from zero to those numbers at the same time the dem numbers

Less than 5 minutes before the polls close in Nebraska.

My prediction: Nebraska will be 99% reported before West Virginia is 10% reported.

Actually, reports in Nebraska have to be released simultaneously, all at the same time.

Or nearly the same time.

Nebraska reports from Omaha first, Lincoln second, and then the rest of the state third.

It's an anti-political-machine mechanism, so that the Democrats in Omaha can't wait to see what the rural votes are, and then create "votes" if needed; it's something from the 1920s.

This is the reverse of most places (Chicago and Illinois, St. Louis and Missouri).

It works. Big cities should report first.
