Those were some regimented gardens.  Did those flowers go to military school?

I can't say with Certainty but I'm guessing some of those gardens are part of the International Peace Gardens located on the North Dakota, Manitoba Border. 2000 plus acres of just simply amazing Horticulture with ponds, streams and trees.
