My head might explode.

I want to know...

how many 50 lb bags of cement Mitt or any of his boys have ever heaved up onto their shoulder to carry anywhere?

how many squares of asphalt shingles have they carried up a ladder onto a roof?

how many night shifts have they pulled?

has a RMoney ever even pushed a lawnmower?

or shoveled snow?

swung a hammer?

turned a wrench?

sanded a piece of wood?

have any of these ****ers ever mended a pair of socks?

or patched the knees of their kids pants?

Work does bring dignity, so long as that work is appreciated and rewarded by society.

I don't need to be lectured about the dignity of work by some jackass for whom the word callous describes their economic policies rather than the effect "dignity" has on ones hands!

Has 0bama ever done any of those things?

42. Wow

I don't think I ever felt like I got a great deal of dignity from any job. Great post by the way--but seriously, most jobs you do because you need the money. And the real dignity would come from actually being compensated enough--which I don't think I ever was.

Now did I love it a few times, when I was in bands, playing my horn, and singing rock and disco sometimes? Yea, I loved it, it was awesome, and interestingly I'm not sure if it was dignified all the time, but it was fun, and it didn't really pay well either. But it sure was more tolerable.

Dignity may be over-rated.

I bet collecting a check from the government isn't beneath your dignity though.
I would much rather do things that you clowns think are beneath you than to sit at home collecting money for doing nothing.

3. and it's really not just the work

especially now, with so many people out of work, being a working person means the struggle to GET a job, and to KEEP it, so they can continue working. Those are things that Ann Romney for example never had to worry about.

Up until now the 0bamas never had to worry about being without a job.

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

A man dependent on a monthly check from the govt is a slave to the govt. He must vote and bow to the democrats to keep his free money coming. I find it fascinating that DUmmies actually seek the enslavement to an all powerful nanny.

The dignity of work means you are self reliant. You neither slave or bow to any govt. No one needs to hold your hand and lead you. No special govt programs are needed to help you though life.
in short, the dignity of work means...FREEDOM.

how many 50 lb bags of cement Mitt or any of his boys have ever heaved up onto their shoulder to carry anywhere?

Enough at age 14 to know I didn't want to mix mud, carry bricks, move scaffling and keep a brick layer busy as my lifes work.

how many squares of asphalt shingles have they carried up a ladder onto a roof?

To damn many to count....and then nailed them on.

how many night shifts have they pulled?

4 years worth, worked side jobs during the day and saved my money so I could start a business of my own.

has a RMoney ever even pushed a lawnmower?

Maybe he hasn't but I have....a lot.

or shoveled snow?

It doesn't snow much here.

swung a hammer?

Yep, claw hammer for 2 years and a 20 pound sledge hammer in my business.

turned a wrench?

Oh hell yes, trucks, bulldozers, tractors, you name it.

sanded a piece of wood?

Own sawmill and did have all kinds of woodworking stuff until an Obama son stole it all.

have any of these ****ers ever mended a pair of socks?

No but I went barefoot a lot when younger.

or patched the knees of their kids pants?

Nope.

Has 0bama ever done any of those things?[/color]

Nope.

The hardest work Obama has ever done is run up the stairs to get on AF#1 and go on vacation.

It's a damn wonder he hasn't ordered them to install an elevator.

It is absolutely AMAZEBALLS how jealous they are of rich people.  I know PLENTY of very rich people that enjoy doing all those jobs themselves and you know why?  because they want the job done right and that is why they are rich.  They know when and when not to use money.

It's kinda sad that they are so envious of other's wealth.  Makes me wonder what their parent's are like :???:

The Dignity of Work.

Quote
A six-year-old boy has raised about $10,000 in a single day to pay for his father's cancer treatment by selling lemonade.Randy Cox's son Drew set up the stand outside their Gladewater, Texas, home selling cups of lemonade for 25 cents on Saturday morning, KLTV reports.Word spread quickly with people coming from as far as 100km away and soon the line was stretching around the block.

Mr Cox was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer three months ago.
Drew said he came up with the idea because he wanted his dad to feel better.
"He is so important to me. We like to play with each other; lots of times we like to play games," Drew told KLTV.
He was not surprised by the turnout.
"I was thinking that everybody would come and get some," he said.
And while the asking price for the lemonade was only 25 cents, some customers chipped in a little more including one man who wrote out a cheque for $5000.

A Six year old kid didn't sit around and feel sorry for himself he went to work but the dummies do jack but sit around and piss n moan and want everything given to them.
It is said that branches draw their life from the vine. Each is separate yet all are one as they share one life giving stem . The Bible tells us we are called to a similar union in life, our lives with the life of God. We are incorporated into him; made sharers in his life. Apart from this union we can do nothing.

Uh, tk2kewl?  May I just call you "asshole" for short?

I've done most of the things on that list.  For FREE.  Around my house.  That I purchased with MY money and a loan from the bank.  Now I grant you, the bank wouldn't have been so eager to loan me the required funds were I not, oh, employed.  Gainfully.  For a long time.  With good prospects for the future--I mean, if you were a bank would you loan money to a guy you knew wouldn't have a job in six months?

And in order to keep that job, I've worked nights, weekends, holidays, 16-hour shifts, in conditions which would make you piss your pants.  That's my CIVILIAN job.  What I did while I wore a Navy uniform was much, much worse.  But that Navy experience opened the doors I have to the job I have now.  I could quite literally walk into any utility/power plant in the world and start if they needed me.  Some people recognize that, and have even called me, trying to entice me away from my current job with the promise of wages far higher than what I'm making now.

You want dignity?  THAT, dear boy, is dignity--pride in what I do, and people who notice such things seeing that, and recognizing me for it.  So sit on your chair, let it mold to your ass, and bitch.  I got some work to do.

How can they bitch about the dignity of work when the liberals are the Welfare party? They don't know what work is. All they know is envy towards the rich and wanting their latest entitlement.
