Greeting from a completely different sphere of life!  I am here on a simple mission, and that is to assess the right wing's true opinion of MLP and its fanbase.  I'm curious because it was called to my attention that last year we were blasted on Fox News.  So now I ask you, how do you feel about it, and is there anything you'd like to know?

Maybe if you used actual words and sentences we could help you out.

By and large there is a trend of shaming those who are fans of the show.  There are a lot of fans, but there are also a ton of people who seem to take umbrage with the show's popularity. More often than not mentioning your interested in the show draws looks of either incredulity, or laughter followed swiftly by questions about the one's sexuality.  This expands to the digital space as well, there are plenty of people I've talked to who have been harnessed for simply liking a cartoon.  The second thing I came here to explore is if Fox News, a predominately conservative news organization's, slander had any effect on the right wings consensus on the issue.

I've seen every episode from Nightmare Moon to Discord to the present.

I don't consider myself a Brony, but I have friends who are. They are conservative and watch the show with their kids. I babysit sometimes and the kids got me watching.

I still BS'd you for coming across antagonistic when you never needed to. No one here works for FOX. Nor do all conservative share the same tastes/likes and such. You sound like you are trolling.

The show itself is refreshing in that the writing includes the parents as well as the kids. The wholesomeness of the show is not marred by a liberal message. Silly environmental issues are never inserted into it. The theme is pure Americana and the messages are never politically correct. I really cannot see how you align the show with liberalism.

Start over with love and tolerance.

I'm a but upset by that, they are a vocal minority.  I realize now I was being unclear on the first part.  Really though you have answered my question anyways.  Thanks for taking the time to talk this out a bit, i appreciate it.

I'm sorry if I came across as antagonistic.  I didn't mean to accuse anyone i just wanted to see if it swayed anyone. I don't assume Fox is the be all end all, i just chose it as an example because of its large viewer base.
