I don't get what the fuss is about.  The left is deliberately misinterpreting what Nugent said.

Basically he said that if Obama is reelected, then Ted would be dead or in jail within a year.   

To me that merely implies that he fears the police state that Obama is in the process of establishing in this country.  I don't see it as an overt threat to anyone.
