Pols: Welfare abuse runs deep

A convicted drug dealer — who cops said wanted to use cash from his taxpayer-funded EBT card to post bail — is the new face of welfare abuse, according to tough-minded lawmakers who are pushing the reform-resistant Patrick administration for a crackdown.

Kimball Clark, 45, was locked up Friday on drug-dealing charges — again — when he was overheard using his one phone call to ask the person on the other end of the line to “get my EBT card and go to the ATM and get the money to bail me out, get me outa here tonight,” according to a Boston police report.

Why am I not surprised!!!

Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

If my girlfriend gets hired at the job she applied for and they send her to Boston, I'm gonna be pissed.

That EBT card has so many uses.
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.

That EBT card has so many uses.

Just another example of too much government.    Here was a business man working night and day to increase his sales and had need of the card to feed his family as he slowly built up business.

Along come his competitors and tip off the government to his failure to follow the rules and the poor man had no choice but to raise bail with the family food money.  Happens every day to small business, all these laws and regulations, zoning restrictions, health laws, city code inspectors, and naturally those that want him gone to insure no competition.

Just check out his overhead, the EBT card will not pay for dog food so he has to pay out of pocket for the 3 Pit Bull dogs and their training he needs for security. EBT will not pay for his personal safety, he has to pay out of pocket for his UZI and other arms.  EBT cards cannot pay for his bar bills as he chats up future customers in the dives in town.

Then there is his professional attire, the leather biker jacket and chaps, the biker boots and his transportation be it a high priced auto or Hog, he has to look trustworthy.

Darn it small businesses are being taken down with too much laws and regulations. Any idea what the cost just to get a liquor license to open a beer bar is, or to run a home grown business is ?

So the State of Mass is yelling about this small infringement on the EBT card, while in CA. they find a woman living in a multimillion dollar water front house receiving State benefits and people cheer her on for the loop holes she found.

EBT CARD: Don't leave home without it.
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

"America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within."  Stalin

Look for holder to sue Boston for not allowing him to do it. That is infringing on his rights as a welfare bum.

I imagine the reason the EBT card was named was because it wouldn't be a burden on illiterate cardholders to spell.
