As much as I could use ten bucks, I couldn't put my brain through that kind of a sieve. Is there any context for this? Does she have a job downtown? Does she complain a lot to the city council?
I think Needin'-a-Brewski, Cub Reporter, attends the city council meetins as part of her self-assigned
reportage portfolio, 'working the city beat.'
While I have no interest in burning the time and brain cells necessary to decrypt her writing, the task is doubly hard because her misspellings often fortuitously coincide with other real words (Due to automatic spell check, and her poor decisions in applying it), which become especially difficult to spot due to her uneven English word choices elsewhere in the sentence. This little sentence is a particular gem in that category, following an unusually-decipherable sentence where she says she has just read the city's 300-plus-page Master Development Plan and is sleepy as a result: "
Those things are
all but
exiting,
ever." - which, if written by a native speaker who could spell tolerably, would be "These things are anything but exciting, without fail."
