You have to watch John Stossel's "Stupid in America".  It's on Fox Business channel and I know that they play reruns of it through out the week.

Don't know what the standings are now. Few yrs back 3 of the top 5 schools in Texas were Charter Schools. 2 of them in EL Paso if memory serves.

Can't have them kids learning by golly oh the horror  :whatever:
