Thank-you, WINEslob

Ahh, but that's NOT a mixed drink.

Yeah, my bad. That was low.  :whistling:

Even my friends call me a "Damn Yankee". There is a discernable difference.
It is said that branches draw their life from the vine. Each is separate yet all are one as they share one life giving stem . The Bible tells us we are called to a similar union in life, our lives with the life of God. We are incorporated into him; made sharers in his life. Apart from this union we can do nothing.

From a woman's perspective.  Beer or whiskey are the only two men are allowed to drink and never starting with one and changing to the other.  Anything else is suspect.

Back in my college days, I used to start with beer, then go to wine, then vodka.  I didn't do that too often, but the owners of stock in the makers of Excedrin and Bayer aspirin enjoyed it.

Doesn't really matter too much to me what kind of flavoured ethanol it is, be it rum , bourbon , scotch , vodka ... I mix it with coke.

Beer can be mixed with vodka but still should be served ice cold except in emergency situations.

Gotta admit, I used to love electric watermelons from TGI Fridays in a martini glass and hell no, it isn't a lady's drink. It had, at least, 5 different clear liquors in it.

Bailey's rocks is no question a mans drink. Also, Ernest Hemingway, by no means a pantywaist, used to drink "Papa Dobles," which were double-sized daiquiris. I doubt anyone ever questioned his manhood at the time.

Whatever makes it from your stomach to the ground is a mixed drink.

Once in Germany a friend of mine brought this big plastic container of cheap red wine mixed with cola. "This is a good drink, it tastes the same coming up as going down," my friend explained.

I drink Bailey's on the rocks. How else are you supposed to drink it?  :???: I do like it in hot chocolate though.

The only thing that should be mixed with good liquor in a glass is the occasional ice cube.  Chasers are for sissies and sweet drinks are for ladies.

I'm a lady, and I prefer a slightly dirty Grey Goose martini, or Grey Goose on the rocks with a splash of water and 2 wedges of lemon.
Patron Silver shot with a slice of lime, however, after a couple of shots of tequila, I do get rather fiesty.  :whistling:
Just hand over the chocolate...back away slowly...far away....and you won't get hurt....

Save the Earth... it's the only planet with chocolate.
