Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (FL), the chair of the DNC, is calling for the repeal of Florida's Stand Your Ground law, which has become the center of the political discussion following the death of Trayvon Martin.

From a statement Wasserman Schultz tweeted Saturday:

This case is further evidence that Florida’s ‘Stand Your Ground Law,’ which passed in 2005, needs to be repealed. The failure of the Sanford police to further investigate this crime as a result of their interpretation of this law is an injustice to Trayvon’s family and to all Floridians.

National Republicans have already begun defending Stand Your Ground, a law passed at the urging of the NRA.

One ONE death that was most likely self defense should repeal a law that has probably saved thousands of lives.

Debby Wasserman Schultz has both parents in federal prison.

Every leftist self interest group is rushing to cash in on this tragedy. You just knew the anti-gun people would show, and the race pimps. Farrakhan and the Panthers are working to justify violence and terrorism. Obama is trying to shore up support with the uneducated voters.

Isn't it interesting that no one on the left is saying, "Lets wait for the facts to come in before jumping to conclusions." Justice is the farthest thing from a leftist mind, its merely political advantage that drives the Democrat hate machine.

The real reason the puppet leader of the democrat party wants the stand you ground law repealed is that too many muggers, rapists and drug addicts, AKA the democrat party voter base, is being shot during the commission of a crime.

They're losing votes.

I know that the dead can vote in some states. In other states, a picture ID is required.
