Nads, dearest? Why would a jury "INVESTIGATE" anything? The feds are determining if there was racial bias involved. If they feel there was and the US attorney feels he has a prosecutable case, Zimmerman can then be charged under statutes which charge Mr. Zimmerman with denying Trayon of his civil rights, specifically under the 14th Amendment. A JURY would then listen to the evidence (i.e., what came out of the "investigation") and make a judgement as to guilt or innocence.
See how that ****ing works, nads?
