However: I would be a might careful using the "coward" word here. For starters, YOU actually posted here, in the open. WE Cannot do the same on YOUR board, PER YOUR RULES. I'll be blunt: If you are are civil, honest, and don't get into personal snipes here (what you do on DU doesn't count), then you're cool. We reserve the right to call people idiots for obvious, well, idiocities, but for the most part we don't bite.

Getting back to "Coward:" We have a lot of ex-military here. I served 7 years, most in the 82nd Airborne Division. Not that we have a love for war; far FROM it. We have an intense and intrinsic desire for REAL PEACE, unlike the DUmpmonkeys. But coward is a word that has meaning. We belittle the DUmpster because, to a man/woman/transgender, they have no respect for those who have chosen to protect the very rights they purport to want to follow in DU. In addition, I live in a union state, but I have NEVER hired union workers. Not because they aren't good, but it's because I prefer to hire people who will work for an honest dollar. Now, get this: My employees get paid, on average, more per hour including bennies than the union worker; the catch being that they actually have accountability of job production.

But I won't even go there. Back to Steve Dawes.

HE has basically made his bed with his historical positions put out in DU. To that end, weightlifter, we are doing everything we can, based upon Steve's own ideals, his values, his ethics, his character, and his blimpness to produce an honest, forthcoming political campaign in what, apparently, is the hotbed for radical socialism in Nebraska: Bellevue, Ward 1. And since he's been a bit lax in approaching his strategies, we decided to jump start one for him. Note, we are NOT making ANYTHING up, but simply projecting his own views. And we are doing it for NO CHARGE!!

Call it parody, call it what you want.... just don't call me late for dinner.

Yeah, there are some Dems in the area (my uncle is one of them), but even he knows better than to support someone like Steve Dawes.  My sister graduated from WHS and my niece is there now.  I'm sure we know the same people, and you probably even know my family's name (It's not a common name, and the town isn't that big).

I give you credit for coming over, however you couldn't be more mistaken.    From actual employment to his campaign, Steve has demonstrated he will do  the absolute minimum to get by.

I do something that benefits my country, I work hard provide for myself, pay taxes, and never leech off the system. Not to mention I served in the Army for six years. Contrast that to the average DUmmy who leeches every dime they can get from the taxpayer and then demands more and more.
