So seniors, minorities, nonbelievers, women, homosexuals, transgenders, democrats, progressives, and liberals don't have ID's? How do they cash their government checks, and what do they give police when pulled over?

Welfare is electronic, and what a democrat gives the police is usually a lame alibi.

So the ones who haven't been convicted of a felony yet may still have trouble voting.
