Has anyone tried the Tapatalk smartphone app?

I'm interested in responses. Works extremely well for me.

There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site

Playing with it now. Works well!

Rug, it's as if we created a CC app. Instead of browsing the site via something like Safari, it makes it REAL easy. Keeps everything readable and on the screen. Normally, you have to stretch a site to read it, and move the page around to read it all. Tapatalk makes it possible.

Of you want to watch a video or hi-5 someone, it's easy to get back into Safari. I like it!

Glad you like it, Splash! Gotta say, I did this completely out of selfish reasons.

Good move, Kev! I'm on CC more on my phone these days than computer. This makes it easier. Honestly, the app is a little pricey, but it works great!

I bought it from the Amazon app store but can't get it to download to my Kindle.

I'll keep trying.

I don't see a one-time fee of 2.99 as pricey, Splash. I spent 9.99 on a marine app that showed me buoy markers and navigational data on the Eastern seaboard. THAT is pricey.

Even if I had a smart phone, I most likely wouldn't use it for web surfing.  I spend enough time online at home with out being able to take the internet with me.

Perzactly! I have a Sprint but use it only for a phone. It does tell me that I have an email, but I view all emails online.

My wife, however, does use hers (the same model as mine) sometimes to access the web.

On it right now. I love it!

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle
