That is a real shock that he died suddenly.

RIP Andrew Breitbart. Condolences to his family.

Have you ever seen this crap that people tweet to him on Twitter?  It was vile, disgusting and just plan psychotic.  I wouldn't be surprised if someone did kill him.  They shouldn't say "natural death" without an autopsy.  I totally agree with Beck.
Yeah, I could see the Chicago machine pulling a Vince Foster.  It certainly wouldn't be out of character for them.

I could see it too, Chris.  I'm not a whacko conspiracy theorist, and CTers drive me nuts, but it is the Chicago machine.

Glenn Beck is talking about how the left is loving it.  How liberal bloggers are saying the most hateful things.  Some blogger tweeted "The world is a better place today for liberals" or something like that and someone replied "Is it better for his children too?"

They are making themselves loooooooook very bad.

I can see it.

Not saying they did or didn't, but I would think they would try it against a Supreme Court Justice. Flip the 5-4. :tinfoil:

Reports are that he was walking in his neighborhood in LA at midnight local, and collapsed.  Someone saw it and tried CPR.

Read Drudge.  It appears that Matt may have been crying as he wrote the four-line tribute at the top of the page.  (I would be, if I had been as close as Drudge was to Breitbart.)

TSO is right--let 'em keep saying it.  Nothing speaks to the mushy middle moderates more than the hate that liberals spew.  Ask those in the middle if they want to stand for reasoned discourse, or THAT.

How do you die of "natural" causes at 42?  does that mean a heart attack?

Something to that effect.  That's what's on my sister's death certificate (she died at 31.)

I posit the question on CU. 42 is about 35 yrs before the warranty expires. I guess it means an asetroid didn't fall on you or a crackhead didn't whack you for pocket change.

Exactly.  It could be any form of disease or physical problem.  It could be heart attack, undiagnosed cancer, aneurysm (brain, heart or somewhere else).  There are many things that can get you surprisingly but naturally.  My son died at 7 from natural causes.

Well, the truth hurts. Dead Ted was ALL of those things -- and more.

The bigger tragedy was the people of Massachusetts who kept electing that pile of phlegm every six years.

I followed Breitbart on Twitter for a few days. The only reason I stopped following his Twitter feed is the vile, nasty and mean spirited things people on the left were tweeting.

I am sorry, Terry. That is my worst fear.

A child'd worst fear is loosing a parent. A parent's worst fear is losing a child.

Ray Wylie Hubbard does a song called "The Messenger" and part of the lyrics are

Quote
Now I have a mission and a small code of honor
To stand and deliver by whatever measures
And the message I give is from this old poet Rilke
He said "Our fears are like dragons guarding our most precious treasures?

It is said that branches draw their life from the vine. Each is separate yet all are one as they share one life giving stem . The Bible tells us we are called to a similar union in life, our lives with the life of God. We are incorporated into him; made sharers in his life. Apart from this union we can do nothing.

I just looked at his twitter page feed.

His next-to-last post said

That's a pretty good epitaph for such a strong conservative fighter.

God alone suffices.

Andrew and Dead Ted will never meet.

Mary Jo and Andrew are having a tall cool one while Dead Ted is getting boinked by first John and then Robert.
