A Downriver couple accused of violating a personal protection order put in place to protect a 9-year-old girl with a terminal illness from being taunted appeared in court Thursday.

The cases involving Scott and Jennifer Petkov of Trenton and Kathleen Edward, who died of Huntington's disease last month, were dismissed in Wayne County Circuit Court on Thursday.

The Petkovs manipulated photos of Kathleen -- showing her with a skull and crossbones -- and put them on Facebook, according to court documents. The Petkovs were accused of violating the order by posting more pictures and comments about Kathleen and her family on Facebook and being near her.

I have been watching this play out for a couple of years and have questions about the sanity of adults that find a need to  with malice and for thought attack a child and family of the afore said very ill child.

Leave them to God we say, a good cop out as to what the family and child had to endure.    Nope, I believe in an eye for an eye, ---- Let them have living hell on earth, if when they die God forgives them so be it.

These horrid people may live a long life, enjoying all they can get on earth, and never give a thought to the Hell on earth they caused for a little girl and family.  

Here on earth is where Justice needs to come in, we used to Shun people that were less then them.   Today they walk about work, take vacations and enjoy their lives--------Doesn't matter to them they have a good Lawyer and the Courts back them up.  

First before they go before God, we need to insure we are not allowing monsters to walk the earth, enjoy life and do worse to others.   What --- God expects us to give him a helping hand from time to time.   As for us who just put it all on God to punish or reward, when our time comes and we meet our maker, how do WE explain why we put all on God and sat about waiting for HIM at some distant time to Judge and why we allowed the Monsters to walk ???
