Basically, an aid to repubican candidate Robert Ehrlich commissioned an election day robo call to black households telling them the Democrats had already won and their vote wasn't needed.

That's voter suppression. Or an incitement to waste one's vote on a vanity or message candidate.

NAACP head Ben Jealous was just on the colortini telling us that last year there were fewer than 20 cases of actual human voters committing actual voter fraud.

So . . . . right wing asshats . . . . you wanna talk vote fraud? Have at it. Let's talk about that. Bring on your documented stories.

Oh, the old dude is just being stupid, and he knows it.

That campaign tactic--if it actually happened--is nothing more than what the Democrats are doing, trying to depress Republican votes by lying and saying Republicans want to ban contraceptives.

That's just dirty politics, not election fraud.

Election fraud is what happens when actual votes are deliberately under- or over-counted, or "disappear" or are created out of thin air, such as what's happened in Democrat-controlled areas since.....Aaron Burr, or what happened in Florida and elsewhere in 2000, &c., &c., &c.

The old dude's lived in the d'Alessandro crime family's home territory for years, decades, and he'd have to have an IQ of -6 if he didn't know the difference between dirty politics and election fraud.

Oh my.  If you just type these words into the Nadin engine, "Voter Fraud Utica, NY" you get a tsunami of returns.  It's all democrat of course.  They even do it to each other.  Hillary supporters socked it to Obama supporters...Obama got not a single vote in the primary.  How can that be?

On the other hand, Democrats have enjoyed a monopoly on election fraud.

I'm not saying Republicans never cheated because Republicans are more honest than Democrats; I'm saying more that Republicans never cheated because Republicans never had the tools to cheat (control of urban party machines and the like).  An armless carpenter can't build a house.

Best example I can think of is in Nevada durin' Dirty Harry's last election. He won only 2 counties outa the whole state and the SEIU controlled the voting machines! No hanky panky there, I'm sure! (wink, wink)
