If you have Photoshop CS5 (or in my case PS7 w/Imageready) its simple to do now using a converting website

Heres a How-To explanation: Convert Youtube video to Animated .Gif


ATTN: i have done this about a dozen times and have had no ILL effect. (virus spam popup etc)
