My New Condo in Perdido Key FL
« on: February 18, 2012, 08:55:39 PM »
I will be closing the deal on my condo on the 29th of this month. This is a dream come true as I never thought I could afford to buy one and pay cash for it. Will be renting it out most of the time and going there 3 or 4 times a year in the off season. Might live in it full time one day. The name of the condo is Perdido Sun and can be viewed on google at VRBO.com98187

Nice!!!!
I can see November 2 from my house!!!

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

Very nice. Predido was definitely one of the nicest beaches I've ever seen and the fact that its kind of out of the way and doesn't get the publicity of PCola beach made it a very quiet too. I also enjoyed the little greek food stand (Georgio's I believe) right before the bridge near the Winn-Dixie.

I lucked up on this condo cause I was searching for one in Orange Beach AL. Got a great price on it and the lady I purchased it from will manage it for me. She will take care of the bookings, tax reporting and maintenance.

Awesome!  :yahoo:

I have booked through VRBO before. It's a great service and have had good experiences with it. You should do well having the condo on that site.

Hurricane Ivan did little damage to the structure with the exception of the pool, lobby and 1st floor. After the BP spill, the oil company gave big bucks to the condo association and a lot of improvements were made. My windows are hurricane proof up to 175mph and I am on the 8th floor. In the process of finding homeowners policy and they all went up this month.
