OBAMA: COMMUNIST-RECOGNIZED CONGRESSMAN 'SHARES OUR VALUES'

Quote
"He is one on the greatest congressmen in the country,” said President Obama. The reason, Obama told a Teamsters union rally in 2004, “is because he shares our values.”

At that time—just eight years ago—Congressman Danny Davis was continuing his efforts to help move then-State Senator Obama up the Chicago political food chain. And not that long ago—in fact, just two weeks—that Congressman Davis was honored by People’s World, a news website, at the Communist Party U.S.A.’s headquarters in Chicago for a lifetime of “inspiring leadership.”

Upon receiving the People’s World “Chris Hani & Rudy Lozano Social Justice Award,” Davis reflected, “Rudy Lozano and I worked closely together to try and build and a relationship between Latino and African-American activists and union types… we called ourselves ‘Progressives.’”

Congressman Davis, a member of the House Committee on Homeland Security, was filmed receiving his award and exiting the Communist Party U.S.A. headquarters in Chicago on March 4, 2012. When questioned about his relationship with the Communist Party, Davis abruptly fled the scene, refusing to answer any further questions apart from the following exchange:

Cong. Davis: “I thought you’re just a citizen? Why are you worried about the Communist Party?”

Citizen Journalist: “I shouldn’t be worried about the Communist Party?”

Cong. Davis: “No.”

Chu renounces his desire for higher gas prices

byJoel Gehrke Commentary Staff Writer

Quote
President Obama's Energy Secretary, Steven Chu, renounced his previously-stated desire to see gas prices rise to match European levels in order to motivate alternative energy research, telling the Senate today that he wants gas prices to fall for the sake of the economy.

"We have to figure out how to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe," Chu said in 2008. When reminded of that comment today during his congressional testimony, Chu backed away from that position.

"I no longer share that view," Chu told Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, today.  "When I became Secretary of Energy, I represented the United States government, and I think right now in this econonic, very slow, return  --- these prices could very well affect the comeback of our economy," he added.

Every effort should be made to allow the libs to falsely accuse owebuma critics of racism. Every time they play the race card illegitimately, it immunizes the public against it. Very soon the public will be completely immune to anyone playing the owebuma race card.

Republicans: Black America's True Friend
By Lloyd Marcus

Quote
Black pundits say that to be black and Republican makes one a despicable race-traitor worthy of no-holds-barred punishment.  As a black conservative Republican, I'm not frightened by this; it just angers and frustrates me.

My frustration comes from the knowledge that those claiming to have black America's empowerment and best interest at heart are the "elephant in the room" problem.  They lie to black America.  Who are "they"?  They are Democrats committed to keeping blacks viewing themselves as victims.  They are racist, bitter black politicians with huge chips on their shoulders, seeking eternal "payback" for America's original sin of slavery.  These black politicians are rewarded by the Democrats for delivering black votes.

So there you have it, black America: these are your so-called advocates.  And how do they help you?  They lie to you.  They tell you that 70% of black youths dropping out of high school is not your fault.  They tell you that prisons filled with black males is not their fault.  They tell you that 80% of black kids growing up without a father is not your fault.  They tell you that black genocide -- half of black pregnancies ending in abortion -- is not your fault.

They tell you that English is too difficult to learn and that standards must be lowered.  They tell you that blacks who speak correct English are traitors trying to be white.  They tell you that despite the fact that showing proper ID is required to board an airplane and a gazillion other things, requiring ID to vote will disenfranchise blacks.  Thus, their message is that blacks are too stupid to acquire ID.

When I was growing up in the black ghetto of east Baltimore, several corners had grocery stores owned by Jews.  Later the Jews were replaced by Asians.  Huge families lived upstairs, and their stores were downstairs.

The community resented Jewish and Asian store owners in black neighborhoods.  I always thought, "Why?"  These people did not receive a start-up check from the government.  They took a risk.  They rented in the black ghetto because it was cheaper.  They worked long hours.  Experience taught them to install a wall of bulletproof glass, separating them from their customers.  Fourteen, fifteen family members lived above their businesses.  These Jewish and Asian people were pursuing the American Dream the best way they knew how.  What was stopping their black customers from doing the same thing?  Answer: in many cases, blacks were relying on Democrat welfare programs.

I hear you -- Democrat brainwashed fellow blacks yelling at me: Lloyd, you Uncle Tom SOB!  America is racist, and blacks did not have a fair shot in those days!

Yes, racism was an issue is those days.  But how do you explain the entrepreneurial success of black millionaires in Harlem in the 1920s?

Blacks have been congressmen and business owners in America since the 1800s.  And yet, Democrats continue to tell us that we are incapable of finding our way to acquire an ID.

Democrats and bitter, small-minded blacks insist on forcing blacks into their "black box."  They say authentic blacks must have had a "ghetto experience."

When the Bill Cosby Show first hit TV, it was highly criticized because the sitcom black father was a doctor and his family lived in a nice home.  I heard the same criticism of Diahann Carroll in her TV sitcom, Julia, in which she played a successful black nurse -- not reflective of the black experience.  The Cosby Show and Julia were outside the Democrat-promoted "black box."

In my youth, I met a black master swordsman.  Excited, I carted him around to black community centers because I wanted black kids to see that blacks could be successful in fields beyond entertainment and sports.

Despite blacks succeeding today in almost every area of American life, Democrats continue to portray black Americans as still getting the short end of the stick.  Democrats promote an image of the authentic black experience as a majority in need of government entitlements, as people who can't find their way to acquire ID -- sitting at home watching Maury on TV, anxiously awaiting for the results of the DNA test to discover the name of Keysha's baby's daddy.  This is the Democrats' black America.

This is not black advocacy or empowerment.  It is demeaning, humiliating, and crippling.  Why can't my fellow blacks see this obvious truth?

I am a Republican because the Republican Party respects my intelligence -- no special concessions or lowered standards.

In the 1950s, my dad was one of the first blacks to break the racist color barrier into the Baltimore Fire Department.  The white firefighters rejected my dad and made conditions horrific for him.  Still, dad won "Firefighter of the Year" two times.  That's what I am talking about!

Given the opportunity, in their typical denigrating of black intellect, Democrats would argue that requirements for Firefighter of the Year be lowered to give my dad a "fair" shot at it.  Lowered standards would have robbed Dad of the dignity and pride of his achievement.  Thank God such was not the case.

Dad, a black man, won Firefighter of the Year because he was the best!  Yes, I am a black conservative Republican and proud of it.  All you blacks who think the Democrats are your friends, wake up and smell the betrayal.

Obama Calls on FTC to Investigate Impact of BP Pipeline Closure on Consumers

Obama Calls on FTC to Investigate Impact of BP Pipeline Closure on Consumers

WASHINGTON - In a letter to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Chairman Deborah Platt Majoras, U.S. Senator Barack Obama (D-IL) Monday requested that the FTC investigate what impact BP's closure of the Prudhoe Bay pipelines along the North Slope of Alaska will have on consumers.

"It is clear that the closure of these pipelines...will have an effect on the economic well-being of the State of Alaska and on gas prices for American consumers," Obama said. "Nevertheless, last week, the President of BP America would not answer a direct question from a network reporter as to whether or not BP would pass along the costs of its mistakes to customers, despite the company recording profits of $22.6 billion last year."

According to news accounts, BP did not anticipate in some cases that 20- and 30-year old pipes would require regular safety inspections using some of the latest available technology. A BP official reportedly admitted that a pipeline in operation since 1977 had never even been tested using an industry standard procedure known as "smart pigging." Had the appropriate tests been conducted, BP would likely have known that some areas of the pipes had corroded to the point of becoming "paper thin." It also appears that BP may have actually scaled back the use of costly but needed corrosion inhibitors in some of its pipelines.

"The news of this pipeline closure has already further increased record-high gas prices for consumers across the country," said Obama. "BP shouldn't make things worse by passing the cost of their mistake on to consumers."

Below please find the full text of Obama's letter:

Uh Oh! I guess Bill Maher and Alexandra Pelosi are feeling da heat so now they do a clip on the welfare office in NY, then of course she reverts back to the regressive talking points then goes back to conservative talking points, you have to watch the video tape:

Alexandra Pelosi, Maher go to NYC welfare office to show plight of the poor
Published: 2:56 PM 03/18/2012

Quote
On HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher,” it’s acceptable to ridicule all Southerners as stupid toothless rednecks so long as the next show features something that will make “liberals go insane.”

On his Friday night show, host Bill Maher brought documentary filmmaker Alexandra Pelosi, Nancy Pelosi’s daughter, back on his show to discuss the fallout over her mini-documentary on Mississippi voters and debut her response to the criticism — another small sample documentary, this time focused on welfare recipients in New York City.

The video commenced with an interview with “Joe the doorman” at the welfare office.

“For 16 years, I’ve been working here at this address,” Joe told Pelosi. “For 16 years, people have been walking by this building with a white piece of paper in their hand looking perplexed, and they come up freely and say, ‘I’m looking for the welfare office, I’m looking for social services, or I’m looking for food stamps.’ I see that most of them are able-bodied, they don’t look like they are handicapped in any way. They just look like they don’t want to work, and it is really really hard to look at this and say, ‘I come to work every day, why can’t you?’”

Pelosi’s video then offered the perspective of those in the welfare line.

“I’m here tryin’ to get some Obama bucks, that’s what I’m doin’, trying to get some Obama money,” said one man in a Yankees baseball cap.

“I am here to get some benefits, you know I mean, I’m here to get a check,” said another man as he blew smoke in the air. “Bitch, I wanna check.”

Everyone featured in the video promised to vote for President Barack Obama.

“Cause, he gives me stuff,” a woman answered when asked why she likes Obama.

“Cause he’s black,” said another man.

One man admitted to not working in a decade. Another explained he cannot work because of his background as a former convict, and another man added that he deserves benefits because of the country’s history of slavery.

The subjects of Pelosi’s film admitted that they don’t want to work — just a free check.

After screening the film, Pelosi explained that the outrage should not be against welfare recipients, but rather the defense budget, which she claims dwarfs the welfare budget.

Maher added that many of the explanations the welfare recipients offered were legitimate.

“One of the guys there says, ‘I’m black and I’ve been to jail it’s hard to get a job.’ That’s true. That’s really true,” said Maher.

“There is a legacy, and the other guy who says, you know, my ancestors [were slaves], I mean they’re exaggerating — and if this guy is holding out for a career instead of a job, **** him, because you know I had a lot of shitty jobs before I had a career — but there is some truth to that. I mean, the doorman says, why can’t they go to work, well you know what, most doormen are white. They don’t usually hire black doormen.”

Pelosi then noted that the doorman’s family used to vote Democratic. Now Joe is a Republican, as is her chauffeur Demitri.

According to Pelosi, the welfare society is causing Democrats to lose votes.

“We have to address the fact that this is why Democrats are losing ground. And this is a problem in America. The entitlement culture has gotten so big that we are losing our own people,” she said.

Pelosi's Daughter: HBO Uncomfortable With 'Freeloading Welfare Queen' Video

Quote
Alexandra Pelosi debuted a video she made for HBO's "Real Time with Bill Maher" last night. The video shows multiple welfare recipients in New York City proclaiming they were at the welfare office to get their "Obama bucks" and that they supported Obama because he "gives me stuff." Pelosi reported that people at the HBO headquarters in New York had said to her "you can't show this" even though just last week the ran a controversial video showing Mississippi voters saying inflammatory things against the president.

To her credit, and to Bill Maher's, they showed the video and openly discussed how liberals would hate it. Pelosi said "I didn't have to go far to find 'freeloading welfare queens.'" They were, in fact, right across the street from her New York City home.

It's bad enough that Bill Maher is a no-class douche.  It's even worse that he looks the part.  Does he wake up every morning and say, "I think I'll go with the creepy sleazebag look today"?

Bristol Palin Asks Obama 'When Should I Expect Your Call' Concerning Maher's Remarks About Me?

By Noel Sheppard | March 19, 2012 | 16:17

In the wake of President Obama calling Georgetown University law student and women's rights activist Sandra Fluke to discuss Rush Limbaugh's remarks, Bristol Palin, the daughter of the former Alaska governor, posted a question to the current White House resident Sunday.

"Mr. President, When Should I Expect Your Call?"

Dear President Obama,

You don’t know my telephone number, but I hope your staff is busy trying to find it. Ever since you called Sandra Fluke after Rush Limbaugh called her a slut, I figured I might be next. You explained to reporters you called her because you were thinking of your two daughters, Malia and Sasha. After all, you didn’t want them to think it was okay for men to treat them that way.

After sharing a quote from the President concerning why he called Fluke, Palin continued:

But here’s why I’m a little surprised my phone hasn’t rung. Your $1,000,000 donor Bill Maher has said reprehensible things about my family. He’s made fun of my brother because of his Down’s Syndrome. He’s said I was “f—-d so hard a baby fell out.” [...]

If Maher talked about Malia and Sasha that way, you’d return his dirty money and the Secret Service would probably have to restrain you. After all, I’ve always felt you understood my plight more than most because your mom was a teenager. That’s why you stood up for me when you were campaigning against Sen. McCain and my mom — you said vicious attacks on me should be off limits.

Yet I wonder if the Presidency has changed you. Now that you’re in office, it seems you’re only willing to defend certain women. You’re only willing to take a moral stand when you know your liberal supporters will stand behind you.

For those questioning whether this is really Palin's blog, her mother tweeted a few hours ago:

Bristol has a new blog at Patheos. Her recent post asks some excellent questions of our President. Please click... fb.me/1CSEysvGi

That said, Palin was 100 percent correct.

The hypocrisy of Obama on this matter is astonishing - even more astonishing than the media's complicity.

They should all be ashamed of themselves.

Brava, Bristol! Brava!

Isn't this interesting, look at some of the comments here at Huff Po:

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/03/15/anti-islam-ad_n_1350032.html

The article is about the NY Times and Hypocrisy, how they ran an anti-Catholic Ad yet when Pam Geller of Atlas Shrugs submits the same Ad using Muslim instead of Catholic the NY Times refuses to run it, for the moment they refuse to run it, their reasoning? they said it could hurt the Troops (yeah right), we know the real reason though.

This is Breitbart!
