The consensus amongst the DUmmies seems to be that Israel should hand Iran a "sword", bare their throat, and say "We love you! Be our friend!"

Ask that everyone leave the past behind and start fresh. Explain that we all have more in common then we realize and that getting along is in the best interest of all. Then I would let my military to stop talking about bombing Iran. Unless someone does this there will never be peace.

I have to agree, there is the damned if you do and damned if you don't.

I do not think this will be a one on one street fight, this will become the war Christians have been waiting for over 2,000 years.

Hell of a mess in Europe, the Christian country's with a mass population of Muslims will be up to their eye balls in mass riots of their own.  Little man power to help Israel,  Then as last resort Israel may have no choice but to ask for help from China and their mass Army.  Not so far fetched an idea, war makes strange bed fellas.

Who will Russia side with, most likely China,   Then we have the Bear, the Eagle the Dragon all duking it out with the Muslim hoards from all over the world for the spoils of war, OIL---under the pretense of religious faith.

Israel cannot wait too long to act, they may as well take the first step, Offense--Defence is to loose power of a sort and only good against the unexpected.  Intricate measures have been enacted for the defence of Israel and it's people,  All apartments, hotels, and homes have bomb shelters fully equipped to with stand the worse of the worse.

Offence at a time when not months but weeks separate a non nuclear but all most there nation that threatens their neighbors with annihilation, time is of the Essence for Israel.

We are on the brink, just 2 steps from the cliff of Hell, not our doing to be sure or Israel's.   The A-bomb ended a war for America, years later that same technology may just start the mother of all wars.  REALITY and SURVIVAL

Wake up call for the Libs, they think their life is hard now, just wait---  Gangreen of the toe, chop the toe off.  Do not wait until the disease spreads to the upper leg.  

Only way to have peace is to keep the others fearfull of you.          Bombs away boys-----darn the torpedo's full speed ahead.

OMG, FarCenter!  How in the hell do you know this?  The Jews have gone through millennia of having people say these things about them, and it usually does not end well for the Jews!  Now we're supposed to believe that these anti-Semites in Iran don't really mean it?  Based on what evidence?  How is it that the DUmmies can be so consistently, not just wrong, but flat our stupid on a number of issues?

I think Israel needs to go to town and do what they have to do to survive.

I've mentioned before that my Husband isn't political, he votes, but he hates all politicians, yesterday he actually said "I guess Israel is going to attack Iran, they're surrounded by so much hostility that they have to do this, and the world will be safer if Israel attacks Iran". Then we know someone who's a staunch liberal, already has the new Obama/Biden bumper sticker on, she said "Israel has to do it and when they do there'll be peace in that region for 30-40 years".

Seems like the only ones not in reality is DU.

Please -

Israel could pack itself up tomorrow and relocate to Antarctica, and they would still be under threat from their hostile neighbors. Mohammad said the Israelites were doomed to wander forever without a homeland, and therefore that condition needs to be manufactured.

Israel's only recourse is to make certain that those hostile to it understand that they will pay for acting upon it and/or its people with malicious intent.

So the standard DUmp meme of hiding in the parent's basement under the cover of dozens of pizza boxes is out for Israel.

I used to do a lot of business with the Mediterranean countries. The leaders whether in business or government understand little other than might and force. Show them weakness and they will lose all respect for you. It's a 12th century thing that is real. Why do you think that they are on the march against our effeminate president?
