This term, and I have seen people like Rachel Maddow use it over and over again, implies, as Karen Handel's tweet shows, that the other side is then "pro-abortion".

Abortion is a terrible thing to live through, and no one, I repeat no one is "pro-abortion".

The only acceptable terms are "pro-choice" and "anti-choice"

You're right, Freeper.  If abortion is so ****ing terrible, why do these assholes justify not just keeping it legal, but also attacks on laws that require parental notification (parents have to be notified if the school nurse gives their daughter a Tylenol, but if their daughter has an abortion, they're supposed to be kept in the dark, WTF?) or laws requiring that ultrasounds be available in case the woman requests it.  If the DUmmies want to talk about choice, how about we make it an informed choice?

I kind of like "pro-life" and "anti-life" myself.

But usually I use "pro-life" and "pro-abortion," as "anti" suggests something negative.

They also are against having an ultrasound before having an abortion so a woman actually sees what she is aborting before she does it. They also don't what any pictures of the "products of conception" out there so people can see the horror.

Edit: I don't know how I read your post and totally missed your comment about having an ultrasound. LOL  :thatsright:

Women are given the opportunity to make millions of choices in their life time, how is it that the liberals think that abortion is the only one that should matter  :whatever:  DUmmies, if any of you have the guts, I would love for you to come over and explain to me woman to woman or man to woman how I am against women having choices, or how I am anti-woman.  I'm currently pursuing a second bachelors degree in nursing and strongly considering eventually pursing a masters degree to become a nurse practitioner- midwife.  Explain to me just how I am against women have opportunities.

I personally cannot stand these wimmen. Typically they hate the idea of religion for the same reason the fairies & dykes do, because in all mainstream religions their behavior is frowned upon and they are pointed out as degenerate and depraved persons.

For these wimmen to become pregnant is a nuisance which must be avoided at all costs and if by chance it happens to trap them then it must be eradicated immediately. They do not aspire to live up to the natural order of life and their prescribed role in it as mothers which has existed throughout history.

The vagina is their well of power, their tool of manipulation. It brings them what they seek, power, money, freedom of leisure, etc. They can't very well be knocked up and tied down to the inconvenience of motherhood for the next twenty years and fulfill their personal aspirations to best all other women and rise to the top, now can they? Of course not. By then they would be old, past their prime and out of the competition for the best men to use.

If you don't give a damn about the implications of global overpopulation that are very clearly on our threshold, I can't help you. Justifying such devastating excessive levels of reproduction under the guise of "pro-choice" is to turn ones back on the starvation and suffering that will surely come in the future...

This really grinds my gears.  Their "clump of cells" defense is bullshit.  And they know we know it.  Technology has proven that.  My niece was 24 weeks pregnant when she was diagnosed with terminal cancer.  She was given the option to abort and start treatment, but she forewent treatment to save the baby's life.  Notice what I said there?  Baby.  Yes, it IS a baby, not a clump of cells.  My niece lost her battle 4 months after diagnosis, but that clump of cells started Kindergarten last fall.  So I hope you will understand why I hate you pro-murder bitches with every fiber of my being.
