Pelosi On A Gingrich Presidency: "That Will Never Happen"

But also understand that this is a tough reelection climate for any president, Democrat or Republican in this economy. Because of your history with Speaker Gingrich, what goes through your mind when you think of the possibility, which is more real today than it was a week or a month ago, that he would be the Republican nominee and that you could come back here next January or next February with a President Gingrich?"

Rep. Nancy Pelosi: "Let me just say this. That will never happen."

King: "Why?"

Pelosi: "He's not going to be President of the United States. That's not going to happen. Let me just make my prediction and stand by it, it isn't going to happen."

King: "Why are you so sure?"

Pelosi: "There is something I know. The Republicans, if they choose to nominate him that's their prerogative. I don't even think that's going to happen."

I remember one of the Clintons saying that Obama was unelectable and would never get to the primaries, and insinuating that they had the goods on him.  Who knows, probably a bluff.

She has made Olympian pronouncements like this before on other topics, which turned out to have no basis in reality whatsoever.  I would not put money on anything San Fran Nan "Knows" on any subject to actually be a real thing.

Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s office on Wednesday said the minority leader doesn’t have any dirt on Newt Gingrich.

Pelosi has suggested in two interviews that she knows something that could prevent Gingrich from becoming president, but her office said the California Democrat doesn’t have any secrets about Gingrich, who has shot to the top of national Republican polls after winning the South Carolina primary.

I noticed it, too. She looks unrealistically young now. SR said that she didn't even look like herself. Her face doesn't look so skinny. She probably had something infected to plump it out. She's a braver woman than I am. I refuse to do anything, no botox, no nothing like that. I don't think you're fooling anyone.

Besides, no matter what she does to herself on the exterior, she'll always be ugly from the inside out. She's a hateful person.
