Veep Joe Biden wins Super Bowl of gaffes

Foot-in-mouth Vice President Joe Biden has done it again, working the crowd at a San Francisco fundraiser then dropping this gem: “The Giants are on their way to the Super Bowl.”

As you might imagine, the 49ers-lovin’ crowd, who each had paid between $2,500 and $10,000 to listen to Biden’s pearls of wisdom, were less than happy to hear that the veep thought Eli Manning & Co. would roll over their team this weekend on their way to Indianapolis.

According to a pool report from the event, the comment “drew immediate ‘good-natured’ boos from the crowd” and Biden attempted to recover his verbal fumble.

Apparently Prez Obobo has picked Slow Joe to head up a special task force on how to get tough with China.  The Chinese must be laughing their stubby little asses off over that one.
