I'm guessing there is more to this than the uncontested version of her side of it contained in that story.

The prosthetic device, Davis reported, “was concealed and in no way interfered with the ability of Plaintiff to do her job.â€
Plaintiff contradicts (contra-dicks?) herself when she claims concealment as a defense but admits to "advising" co-workers.
"Hey guys! Guess what? I'm wearing a strap-on! Isn't that great? Now we can hang-out, drink beer and talk about hoggin' for fat chicks."
My guess is her co-workers didn't want to hear this shit and complained.
