How can anyone not just defend, but cheer for the Marines in the video?
Do they think this is a good thing? Do they think encouraging such acts will make the world safer beacuse their enemies will back down?

**** yourself Stinky.  I'm not defending or cheering the actions of the Marines, but I understand why they did it.  These young Marines are going to be hung out to dry, their futures ruined, because of their actions in this stupid 2 minute video.  You are a politically correct idiot, you get your opinions from the vantage point of your living room sofa via MSNBC.  You have no ****ing clue at all what it is to fight for your own and your friends life.  War is primal.  Shit happens.  Please **** off and die Stinky.

The only possible objection I can see to the actions of these Marines is that during the time they took to piss on these dead vermin,
they could have killed more.

I keep hearing about all this outrage in America concerning the actions of these soldiers but the only outrage I am aware of is coming from either the media or DU.

  I'm all for grave-pissing, as you put it, personally. In sports, which I generally do not follow, there are rules. In politics, the ball is an idea and the losing team does not eat and sometimes dies. Applying rules to posthumous players in the Great Game is excessively maudlin.

  Whether Bush or Cheney is dead does not change the fact that they're a sonuvabitch.

They were just bodies, corpses, potential fulfillment of the "ashes to ashes, dust to dust". One might think that the ultimate act of disrespect was taking from them their lives - after that, all is moot.
