Realize Napolitano is consistent in his views both parties are the same. I'd ignore the soft peddled Paul propaganda, but at a cultural political zeitgeist level, this is in the water. In fact, one reason why people don't vote in the high numbers they don't.

Oh and fox allows this at the uggly step child of fox business channel, it's safe. I mean it's like ten viewers and it let's Murdoch honestly say, see...we tolerate dissenting views.   Reply With Quote

Crickets. The LUniebin is as dead as Crazy Andrea's place.

Of course, the fact that nutcase's post makes no sense whatsoever may have something to do with the lack of response.

I read that part to my dog.
All he did was cock his head and say "what??".

Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

Reading Nadine reminds me of the JayWalking (Leno) video Q&A:

Question to man on the street:

Which French dictator, who has a pastry named after him, invaded Russia?

Answer:

Creme Brulle?

The stress of living up to the DOTY is breaking the last tender threads nads had connecting here to reality.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

You can't stop crazy that big, you can only hope to contain it.

Apparently the crazy is growing, expanding her horizons, and won't be contained.

There are a lot of uniformed DUmmies out there Nadin, go forth and condescend. :rotf:

She made pretty much the same post at DU yesterday, it didn't make much sense then either.

I love how she consistently misspells the word ugly, it's a word that she should be familiar with.

Napolitano made that speech about 4 minutes too long --  :whatever:.    He is a Paulbot loon.

Nads, Glenn Beck would still have a show on Fox if he didn't jump ship to go his own way.   There is no difference between Napolitano and Beck as they are both Libertarians.   Napolitano subs and provides commentary on Fox frequently also.

If you actually watched Fox News you would note that.    So please do tell who speaks the same message at the other cable news outlets?

Same here, BEG.  I like him a lot--his 2d Amendment views are right in line with mine.

"All you have to do is look straight and see the road, and when you see it, don't sit looking at it - walk!" -Ayn Rand

"Those that trust God with their safety must yet use proper means for their safety, otherwise they tempt Him, and do not trust Him.  God will provide, but so must we also." - Matthew Henry, Commentary on 2 Chronicles 32, from Matthew Henry's Commentary on the Whole Bible

"These anti-gun fools are more dangerous to liberty than street criminals or foreign spies."--Theodore Haas, Dachau Survivor

I like Judge Napolitano.

I do to, but since he has been backing Paul, his commentary seems to be farther afield than they used to be.

It was the equivalent to a Ron Paul commercial.

Yeah...I like a lot of what he says, but he has a strong strain of loon when he starts pontificating about the Constitution...a lot of things he says are law are actually just his opinion, the hard-over Libertarian interpretation, and do not track mainstream long-settled Supreme Court cases (And I'm not talking hot-button social issue stuff, more like relations between the States, Feds, and People, or between the three branches, or limits of Executive power).  You never know whether he's actually talking about settled Constitutional law, or just how Libertarians think "It 'posta be" when he goes off on a tear about what the Constitution says.  Well, unless of course you are a lawyer with some experience in Federal practice, anyway.

I'm surprised he was so respectful!  Mine cocked his leg and that's about what her piece is worth-dog pizzle. :-)
