A Grandpa's bragging rights ----part 2
« on: January 08, 2012, 12:56:35 PM »
Last year my then 12 year old grandson's hockey team from Alabama won the 'SilverStick' hockey tournament, -the equivalent to baseball's Little League].
Well I just got the call from him - they defended their title and won it for a second time [only the second time in history a team has won back to back SilverStick tournaments].
They beat a Canadian Team 3-1
The team will now be in the Hockey Hall of Fame for the second year in a row.

And yes -------- I DO BELIEVE IN MIRACLES
yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery - today is a gift- that's why it's called the "present"
