They have become in effect most powerful of the three (branches of government), and they should be the least.”

Some courts, he said, can be abolished. “What the Congress creates, it can uncreate,” Santorum said.

From the 0bama knob gobbler club. 0bama has defied the Constitution at least a dozen times. He refused to obey a federal court order. He refused to defend DOMA. He appointed hardcore communists without Senate oversight.  Don't even get me started on the doubling of czars.

Remember all those outlandish predictions of what the hardest left president would do? 

They were all woefully understated to his actions.
