Lex Luthor had the right idea.

I've seen a long laundry list of new regs that hit California today, all of which are job destroyers, but San Fran wins easily by raising their minimum wage to $10.  I am all for the *break California into 3 seperate states* proposal.

I'm personally for the whole "sink California until there's nothing left but the San Bernardino and Sierra-Nevada Islands.  I think Reno needs a chance as a coastal playground.
