Nadin claims to be a civil libertarian...oh my

On FEMA camps.... why is it that the fringes and not so fringes FEAR FEMA will do this?

Well first things first, the US has a history of this. Whether we are talking of the reservation system. a form of confinement, or the Japanese Internment (as well as German and Italian) during WW II. So to say that this is impossible, it is to ignore history. What is impossible is that FEMA will be doing it. They simply lack the training, equipment or other things to do this. But to think that camps are conspiracy... is to ignore history. (And the true real events were done by the Army, which is fully capable of doing it)

What is significant though is that I took a virtual stroll on the Web. It ranged from our lovely (and very much right wing) Oath Keepers... as well as the Tea Party Nation, all the way to the other side of the spectrum and plenty of Occupy virtual sites, as well as yes, the US Socialist Party. Here is something interesting, due to the imminent signing of the NDAA (read Jonathan Turley's take on it, does not make me happy as a civil libertarian)... the internet noise on them camps has gone off any kind of scale.

So here is another major issue that both sides will agree on... and I am not so sure that more and more issues that the people agree on is good for the PTB's. Seriously, the more they find they have in common, the less they will see each other as the enemy.

Happy thoughts on the end of the year... this will make 2012 highly unpredictable. Ah yes need to make sure I have batteries charged on a moment's notice...

(Oh and in my opinion the effect of this in POLITICS is important, but whatever)

Nadin needs to google the term before using is so loosely.

To all you freakshow purist libertarians -- embrace Nadin as your own.    :-)

Nadinstradamus looks in her crystal ball and sees . . . unpredictability. That's what she predicts, and, as always, she will be right.

nads, I don't think you understand the words civil libertarian.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

At this point, with the Weeper and the Nodder both unaccounted for, nadin is building a huge 2012 lead. Of course it's very, very early, so early it's not even 2012 yet. But remember what people were saying back in Jan-Feb 2011, when nutcase nadin was pouring on the coal. They said too early, she'll burn out, no human can maintain this pace for a year. No one is saying that now.

I told y'all to let me, the cheapskate, take care of the ..uh.. campground preparations. I have selected the perfect site. No one will know exactly what it is until it's to late....it's ready now. All we have to do is put in a zip line to the bottom 3/4's of a mile below. No fences needed, no nothing, just hang the DUmmies on the zip line and shoot'em to the bottom.

If you're having problems envisioning the size of the ..uh.. campground, Those specks on the road are ..uh.. golf carts...this is the size tires on them...nothing will be to good for ...uh... the guest.

“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

"America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within."  Stalin

I admit that I said I didn't think she'd last the year at the rate she began it.  I just couldn't see how it could be possible.   After seeing her photo I still maintain that no human could have done so.
