According to the Marion County Prosecutor's Office, Stephanie Murry and Sandra Hurn are charged with forgery, perjury and attempted theft after they submitted claims to both the Indiana State Fair Remembrance Fund and the Indiana Tort Claim Fund.

Prosecutors say the women falsified hospital records before submitting the claims.

Seven people were killed, and dozens of people were injured in the collapse over the summer.

They are facing some lengthy jail time and I hope they get it.
