Robert Reich: "It’s Obama-Clinton" for 2012

My Political Prediction for 2012: It’s Obama-Clinton

My political prediction for 2012 (based on absolutely no inside information): Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden swap places. Biden becomes Secretary of State — a position he’s apparently coveted for years. And Hillary Clinton, Vice President.

very bad news if it does happen.  Clinton would get the base excited again.

Twice the reasons not to vote democrat.

I think Obama is doomed. So, who his VP is does not make a hill a beans. The blacks, the liberals, the greenies and the stupid are all going to vote for him. That accounts for about 40% of the vote. The other 60% will be asking themselves are they better off, do you like Obama care, do you think jobs are coming back, do you think the economy is improving, etc. etc. The red states that Obama won in 2008 will all or most of them turn from blue to red and that means defeat for the Magic Negro.

What's in it for Hillary?   failed policies that will be attached to her name as she plays second fiddle to a chump?

I don't see it happening.    Joe Biden was picked for a reason, and that reason is still locked in the closet.   I don't see Joe giving up his free bar tab anytime soon.

Really?

I would think the history of being the first woman VP/Pres and also the 2nd Clinton to hold high office would be a legacy she would want.  Set her daughter up too.

I believe she took the Secretary of State position to gain the critical foreign policy experience she lacked to make the run for the top position.   Obama is a one term president, and she knows it.    He loses, she has two years to start building a war chest.

Unless there is a big upset and she goes for broke against him now in challenging him for the nomination outright, I think she is smart enough to recognize the Obama ship = Titanic.    Too risky.

What an unusual suicide, that.  Double tap to the back of the head with a gun that could not function afterwards?  How often does that happen?

Interesting site with a 101 oddities about Fosters death and an alledged taped conversation.

http://prorev.com/foster.htm

101. To my knowledge the following story has never been investigated. Debra von Trapp was a member of George Bush's staff during his presidency. She served as a computer surveillance expert. She worked with a team that has been described as Bush's "plumbers unit." In this capacity, she often worked with an FBI agent. According to von Trapp, [this agent] sounded drunk and extremely excited when he called her California home from Washington, D.C., at 11 p.m., July 20, 1993 (the day of Foster's death). She says she records all phone conversations. This is a partial transcript of her alleged exchange with [the agent].

AGENT: "We did him! We did him!"
DT: "Did who?"
AGENT: "Vince Foster."
DT "What do you mean?"
AGENT: "We did him!"
DT: "Well, where did you do him?"
AGENT: "Well, we did him somewhere else, but we dumped him in a queer
park to send Clinton and his queer wife a message!"

Obama has not met the face of true evil until he makes Hillary his VP. Hillary will serve out 3 years and 11 months of Obama's 2nd term.

that said, I doubt Hillary will go for this. Obama has deliberately sidelined her and left her out of the decision making process for a few years now. I think there is bad blood between them. Certainly there is bad blood between Bill Clinton and the One...

Not in the cards.

Yep. I think Hillary had him whacked. However, I don't think Obummer has a chance of reelection with or without thunder thighs.

Very strange, all this.

Hillery has one heck of a job, why would she give it up for the VP????   The VP as we saw with Johnson and Kennedy is all too often left out in the cold on decision making and his advice is seldom listened to.

Hillery can make back door decisions with foreign governments, become much more powerful in world politics than that snooker Joe. Joe has to tow the line for Obama, a YES man, no power of his own.

Hillery on the other hand has access to the world leaders, she make a call and they pick up right away, if Joe makes the call, he may or may not get a call back.

The VP is usually just a stand in for the STAR of the show hoping for the day the lead player breaks a leg.

Hillery is perhaps the most dangerous Woman in the world of politics, We all saw her go from one after the other scandal of her husband and not bat an eye.   He was her ride to POWER, still is.   She has taken lessons out of the history of Agrippa.

Say there sweet cheeks, did you get a gander of JR's link posted above?

Did you ever read the Starr Report?

If you haven't and have the time, pick up and read a copy of "Game Change".

Problem is, by 2016 she'll be almost 70 years old.  Tell me that won't be an issue.
