Correct. Basically those that work in DC that are appointed or staff members who think the IRS laws do not apply to them. When I went to work for the state I had to sign a statement that I had paid my state income taxes. Failure to pay state income taxes could result in penalty and interest charged, disciplinary action or firing. I would like to see all Federal employees under that umbrella. Since the Feds want more taxes, they should clean their own house first.
That's what I thought, but with the way a government employee has been demonized and made to look like worthless check collecting people earning way more than anybody on the face of the earth over the past couple of years, I didn't know.
I don't think so. There was an article this year about how many federal employees are tax evaders or just owe back taxes to the fed.
I know, I think that is wrong and they should be terminated. I also bet that there are a lot more people not in federal employment that are tax evaders and owe back taxes.
Regardless, congress is the epitome of a soup sandwich
