FedEX hires temps for the busy seasons and has no supervisor's to controll all the Temps, these Temps are the problem. Hired for 6-8 weeks at best, what do they care, they have no future with the company or loyalty to it.
Company workers with benefits and a good wage are one thing, they earn their pay. The Temps could care less as they will be laid off in a few weeks. fired a week early, great the sooner unemployment kicks in.
Best thing to do to get an order in one piece from a polite delivery man is to order things 8 + weeks before the rush season.
