The question isn't being answered because we know the answer is that the dogs have food, shelter, and water should they need it. I've lived in Arizona too. Our dogs did not spend their whole summer outdoors, but they had what they needed when they were out there. They were healthy, content, and our vet also said as long as they had opportunity for shade and water, they would be fine because we posed the question as folks new to that envirnment at the time. We brought ours in during the hottest part of the day, but any other time(and the temps can stay around 105 in the early evening) they were allowed out.

Dogs survive in Iraq where it is about 5 degrees cooler than hell.  I feel so bad for her husband it makes me wanna cry. :bawl:

It looks like a lot of posters are just pulling her chain. 

As for the husband, he must research the 50 ways to leave.  I would taker her first post as prima face evidence that she is an abuser. :popcorn:

Yes, I know "this" is Arizona. Have you not read what I've written? I live here, too, and I know how animal control works here. If you don't have evidence of abuse, nothing will happen. And if you attempt to take the dogs yourself, you'll be liable for prosecution for theft.

You haven't answered any of the pertinent questions asked of you. I've told you that I live here, too, probably not more than a few miles from you. I've lived in Arizona for almost 25 years, and I've had dogs all the time I've lived here.

I've also been on DU long enough to know that it's bad form to accuse other posters of telling untruths, but in the absence of answers from you regarding the details of this "case," I have come to the conclusion that you either don't know what you're talking about or you're making things up. I offered specific remedies including the names of real individuals and organizations you can contact to find out if the dogs in question are being mistreated, and you prefer to scream "I'M CALLING ANIMAL CONTROL!" That's not the rational behavior of a concerned individual; it's the irrational ranting of a child.

Therefore, I'm outta here. I tried to help, and I got abuse from the person I tried to help, and I don't stick around for very much of that.
