False pretense on one hand doesn't justify tyrrany (stroke of the pen) on the other. 

Point of the matter is, any laws he signed are still laws, whether he is constitutionally eligible or not when he signed them.  And to overturn said laws would still require the same constitutionally mandated process of Congressional proposal, debate, and approval. 

And really, Obama is, in a sense, just a figurehead.  Even if he left office tomorrow, do you think the POLICIES would change just because Biden is president and not Obama?

sigh...try and keep up.

Those also carry the force of law, just as they would otherwise.  As far as Executive Orders go, many remain from one administration to the next, many are overridden without so much as a second thought.  Not real wild about circumvention of the law or lawmaking process in that manner, but until WE demand change in that regard, both parties are going to do it.  LAWS which are passed are just that--LAWS, and cannot be written off or circumvented by Executive Order.  Do try and remember the differences between Executive Order and law as passed by the Congress and signed into effect by the president.

And FWIW, if Obama was declared ineligible for office and forced to resign (not gonna happen, just so's ya know) who would take over?  Biden.  And seriously, it doesn't matter WHO was president, be it Obama, Biden, Hillary, Harry Reid, San Fran Nan, etc.  The POLICIES that would have been shoved down our throats are the same regardless of who sits in the Oval Office until January 20th, 2013.

Odds are and most evidence supports that he is a subject of the Crown and not a natural born citizen of the United States.
The entire experience America has had with this "administration of transparency", this grand champion "of the people, by the people, for the people" should have had as its theme song to campaign on "You Don't Mess Around With Jim" by Jim Croce.
Very fitting I think because Croce always put on airs of Chicago but was not actually from there. Ring a bell?

If Obama's daddy was a British citizen, then Obama is or was a British citizen when he was born. It doesn't, or didn't matter, back then where you were born in the world, if one parent was a British citizen, you were a British citizen. My X-wife had both British and German ciitizenship. Her dad was American, her mother was British and she was born in Germany...therefore British and German citizen but not a US citizen and that was a problem everytime her dad was ordered back to the states or from country to country in Europe back in the 40's/50's/60's.

She got her US citizenship right before we married.
