U.S. Seals Court Records Of Border Patrol’s Murder

The Obama Administration has abruptly sealed court records containing alarming details of how Mexican drug smugglers murdered a U.S. Border patrol agent with a gun connected to a failed federal experiment that allowed firearms to be smuggled into Mexico.

This means information will now be kept from the public as well as the media. Could this be a cover-up on the part of the “most transparent” administration in history? After all, the rifle used to kill the federal agent (Brian Terry) last December in Arizona’s Peck Canyon was part of the now infamous Operation Fast and Furious. Conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the disastrous scheme allowed guns to be smuggled into Mexico so they could eventually be traced to drug cartels.

Instead, federal law enforcement officers lost track of more than 1,000 guns which have been used in numerous crimes. In Terry’s case, five illegal immigrants armed with at least two semi-automatic assault rifles were hunting for U.S. Border Patrol agents near a desert watering hole just north of the Arizona-Mexico border when a firefight erupted and Terry got hit.

Now, just cuz the DOJ has ordered the records sealed, why would that interfere with Congress's hearings into F&F? Wouldn't Issa be able to subpeona those records and have them introduced as evidence, making them subject to FOIA requests?

This administration is corrupt down to the marrow of the bones. Putting peoples lives at risk in order to undermine the second amendment rights of Americans is pathetic enough, but the cover-up attempts are equally disgusting. They need to take a look at the history of the Nixon administration and understand that often, in politics, the cover-up causes far more problems than the main event. In this case  fast and furious is far more grave than the watergate break-in and the reaction to this attempt to cover it up will be accompanied by equally grave reactions.

I tend to agree. Women on both sides of the aisle tend to gravitate toward her and while Hillary is a card-carrying member of the Lord Zero administration, she has not been completely sucked in to the Obama camp, at least from the standpoint of appearnces, seems to me. She's on the road all the time and it's hard for her to be worshiping at the Lord Zero altar when she's tiredly trumpeting some State Department thing or another from Bangkok or Tunis.

I'd suggest you're the exception rather than the rule.    When she gets to campaigning, women generally listen. It worked in '08 and I suspect it would work now.

No way could this  program have been done without the help of some Republican turn coats knowing.   The world of politics is a shady area, in order to keep a seat some on both sides they  have to protect each other.    It's all in the game you know, like love and war, we find some strange bed mates.

Far as Hillery goes, she is ruthless, watched her after the scandal standing by her man and making a total fool out of herself.    All about POWER, she wants it so bad she became a laughing stock to American woman, but then climbed up the leg of the betrayer to gain more power.     

Now today she THINKS she has power, BS. Obama keeps her on the move around the world doing his requests, acting as his Dummy and the words out of her mouth are in fact HIS.  She has no choice but to spew his words to the world.

It is not just the Dem's that want to seal the records of the the Border patrol, it is the Rep. that also want it sealed. 

This cannot be just a one party problem. One cannot say that the government that OK ed the movement was responsible.   Many in the government are on both sides of the Party's, to allow this to go on there had to be a collusion between both party's. 

Our government is out of whack, both sides and in the middle.   Strange that America now becomes more and more like the other country's our ancestors ran from.
