My daughter at the school science fair

I got a call from my daughter that she was on her way to the district wide science fair in her school district. :cheersmate:

My daughter and I built a little project (along with my brother in law, who actually knows what he is doing) showing the difference between parallel and series circuits. My brother in law is also very good at making good looking presentations,  so it looked great, and was really good.   My daughter also gives a very good presentation.

Anyway, tomorrow, I find out how she did.

A set of Mothers 1950's era Christmas tree lights would have fixed you right up.

Anyone else remember unscrewing and re-screwing all the bulbs to find that "One" bad bulb? What a pain.

I hope things go well . I remember my school scince project. I got an A+ for basically displaying my model collection of rockets and spaceships to add to the theme of rockets and how they work. I even got in the local paper for it.

She got a C on concept, an A on the appearance of the thing, and a B on her presentation.

She was kind of disappointed, but there were better concepts.

We had fun doing it.

Sorry she's disappointed with the overall score, but glad you all had fun doing it, and she's obviously capable of careful work and able to get her point across clearly.  That's not to be sniffed at.
