 but the dang bathroom had to be fixed.

I got whatever that cold that is going around... and my chest feels like crap

They are apologizing for shopping yesterday.  :mental:

It is so much nicer to be free, like we are. We can shop where we want, when we want, or not at all and not have to give an explanation to anyone.

Only 1 in 3 Americans supposedly shopped today?

Unless I miss count there are 16 who are posting in that DU thread. Out of that 16, it looks like 8 admits to shopping. An additional 2 "kind of" shopped.

That would seem to be at least 1 out of 2 people shopping.

Oops. I see the problem. The stat was about Americans shopping and not DUmmies.

C`mon nads,you have been saying this cold is keeping you from doing your revolutionary duty for over a week now.
Time to come up with another excuse as to why you don`t want to be in the mix of the vermin you celebrate.

Although I am not of the fairer sex, let me take a moment to advise you-- Although plenty of girls have stuffed their bras with toilet paper, it is always best to make certain that said toilet paper hasn't been used beforehand.

Same here, I bought some jeans for the kids today and never again on Black Friday. It was like a zoo. This huge black woman was throwing jeans all over trying to find some for her children that were running around screaming. Next time I will wait before shopping.

I went out on black Friday for the first time in my life. My shredder died. I bought one that was marked 89.00 on sale for 39.00 at OfficeMax. In and out in 5 minutes.

We stopped at a gas station for some energy drinks before driving to Illinois yesterday morning.  There was one guy in front of us buying scratcher tickets.
