SO SAD!!

We just had a double murder-suicide in Las Vegas over the weekend.  The guy stabbed his three year old daughter and shot his ex girlfriend in his home.  Then he put the bodies in his car, drove to a not-so-populated area of Las Vegas and shot himself in the head.  Deputies found the car a day later.

So tragic and sad.

This is a mess. 3 of the 5 kids that were shot have already died and the other 2 are in critical condition. According to the local papers/news one of the kids in critical condition is on life support and relatives are having to deal with the question of withdrawing life support and donating her organs.

The news last night and this morning was indicating that Holder had written a 10K check to the guy she was having an affair with. The speculation is that this was around avoiding an Alienation of Affection lawsuit from the wife of the guy she was having the affair with.

The only small sliver of silver in this whole fiasco is that organs from some of the kids that have already died were donated...

Very disheartening, and sad to read. Especially on this day. My thoughts and prayers for the children up in heaven, and the children still fighting the battle for life.
