Question about rec/unrec.

Not a critical issue but...can a new member rec/unrec as soon as they register or are rec and unrec only available after a given number of posts? A threshold of 500 or 1000 posts, if not already in place, would probably eliminate some rec/unrec troll mischief. Thanks.

1. Actually I can't recall if there is a low limit or not

Either way, we aren't making any further changes to the rec/unrec system because it is going to be completely reevamped on DU3, which is just around the corner. While we're waiting for that though, perhaps it would put your mind at ease to know that the amount of "rec/unrec troll mischief" that goes on here is pretty much nil, despite what people think.

I dunno if anybody else has noticed this, but it seems to me Lord Marblehead EarlG is using a certain historical phrase an awful lot, this "just around the corner."

One wonders if Lord Marblehead knows enough American history to know anything about that particular phrase.
apres moi, le deluge

Milo Yiannopoulos "It has been obvious since 2016 that Trump carries an anointing of some kind. My American friends, are you so blind to reason, and deaf to Heaven? Can he do all this, and cannot get a crown? This man is your King. Coronate him, and watch every devil shriek, and every demon howl."
