Primitives proclaim embracing science, but reject scientific method

We see it over and over again. Primitives decry conservative/christian rejection of science, saying we have to do that because of our beliefs (nevermind they  never provide evidence of their assertion). In the next post, they assert that socialism works, denying the evidence from throughout history.

Consider how they grow furious when a scientific apparatus such as a sonogram is used to show pregnant women what it is they really are aborting.

Or collecting statistical data about terrorists or illegal immigrants.

Or that spending less than you collect in revenue reduces deficits.

I love science.  It's when brilliant scientists (and their liberal hordes) turn into idiots when the topic of God or religion comes up that I hate.

Metaphysics is not science, and by definition, cannot ever be.

The left is all for science as long as said science supports bigger government, fewer individual rights, and higher taxes.

Leftist science is the only science where if an experiment doesn't deliver the above anticipated results, the experiment is called into question not the theory.

It's just a different kind of science. A politically correct and just science.

Most of the really brilliant scientists that I've met over the years tend to be both apolitical, and agnostic.  By definition they are focused on their fields of endeavor to the exclusion of just about everything else.
