16. I am already sick of the conspiracy bullshit
The facts point to suicide. It sucks and as much as we like to blame EVERYTHING on the Bush administration, apparently we can't.

well...that's...um...good...

DC Madam should have leaked those names...
Advertisements [?]If we are going to prosecute the prostitutes we have to prosecute the johns as well. I don't know if she was offed or did herself in, but the prosecution was persecution as far as I can see. And I sincerely believe that it was done the way it was to protect the hypocrites in Congress and government who used her services.

1. Her death is more evidence of a large honey-pot conspiracy IMO..
her operation was probably being used as a means of blackmail. Maybe now we know how Bush and Cheney have gotten away with their crimes.

The Palfrey-Cheney Connection
Advertisements [?]Palfrey faced up to 55 years in prison for money-laundering, sentencing scheduled for July 24. Her defense attorney, Preston Burton, said she planned to appeal. Why would she kill herself with an appeal pending? She has an aged mother with a heart condition; why would she she choose to hang herself with the likelihood her ailing mom would find her like that? Palfrey was a fighter- again, why would she give up with her appeal pending?

Palfrey believed her life could be in danger, and stated that it would not be suicide if she were found dead; she said so on a radio program along with implicating that the VP himself, and other extremely powerful, high-profile men in Washington were clients. LISTEN: http://freepress.org/radio/theprogressiverevolution/the...

Is it possible that facing of a 55-year sentence, Ms. Palfrey was going to do some talking, in hopes of a reduced sentence? Were some persons concerned that an angry or vindictive Palfrey might write tell-all?

*The investigative reporter is not supposed to be posted at DU (considered dubious source) so name "redacted" (***). Mods, please allow; the only way for any of this to get a hearing and Ms. Palfrey to get justice is not to bury it Something is seriously fishy here.

D.C. Madame Predicted Being Suicided

"If taken into custody, my physical safety and most probably my very life would be jeopardized," she wrote. "Rape, beating, maiming, disfigurement and more than likely murder disguised in the form of just another jailhouse accident or suicide would await me."

May 8, 2007 -- Cheney on DC Madam's list. Yesterday, *** reported on the DC Madam Deborah Jeane Palfrey's list: "*** has been informed that the CEO of a major corporation is a former CEO but, nonetheless, the aforementioned extremely high-level official of the Bush administration. The individual, who is definitely "newsworthy," reportedly engaged the services of Palfrey's escort firm while he was the CEO and maintained a residence off Chain Bridge Road in the Ballantrae neighborhood in McLean, Virginia, a few blocks from the headquarters of the CIA."

Cheney "X'd" off the DC Madam's list by ABC/Disney.

*** has confirmed with extremely knowledgeable CIA and Pentagon sources that the former CEO who is on Deborah Jeane Palfrey's list is Vice President Dick Cheney. Cheney was CEO of Halliburton during the time of his liaisons with the Pamela Martin & Associates escort firm. Palfrey's phone invoices extend back to 1996 and include calls to and from Cheney. Ironically, in 2000 Cheney was appointed by Bush to head his Vice President selection committee, a task that enabled Cheney to gather detailed personal files on a number of potential candidates, including Bill Frist, George Pataki, John Danforth, Fred Thompson, Chuck Hagel, John Kasich, Chris Cox, Frank Keating, Tom Ridge, Colin Powell, and Jim Gilmore, before he selected himself as the vice presidential candidate.

The White House saw to it that ABC/Disney killed the DC Madam's story before yet another scandal swamped the Bush administration. Cheney is departing Washington today for a trip to the Middle East, where he will visit the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, and the USS John C. Stennis in the Gulf.

http://bigheaddc.com/2007/05/24/more-on-the-possible-dc... /

May 24, 2007-- Well, lookie, lookie, Roll Call, Politico and Wonkette all served up items yesterday that mentioned the possibility that Dick Cheney used the services of Deborah Jeane Palfrey’s escort service in the 1990s. But little credit was given to ***, the investigative reporter who first blew the lid off the story (which we’ve followed in some, um, interesting dominatrix-inspired directions). We’ve already detailed how the mainstream media has often stolen his goods. Today, we catch up with him on his scoop.

*** tells Big Head DC that he first started hearing over two weeks ago that Dick Cheney might be involved. His first source had has strong ties to the Democratic party; he’s since had confirmation from individuals associated with the CIA and with the Pentagon. He says that all his sources are “trustworthy” and “inside the game.”

“If Dick Cheney thought there would never be ‘blow back’ from his attempt to discredit the CIA, he was very wrong.” according to the reporter. “He should have remembered that when he lived in Ballantrae in McLean in the 1990s, and was a neighbor of the CIA, some of his activities may have come to the attention of the agency and its employees, especially since he was a former Defense Secretary and President and CEO of a major oil services company.”

***, you can bet, will continue to follow this developing story.

Wednesday June 27, 2007-Dearest Readers, what an interesting interview with Ms Deborah Jeane Palfrey. Forgive the non-edited version, we need Ray-the-tech-guy to help. Prissy is all thumbs with audio editing and Betty is too.

<snip>

Ms. Palfrey also explains why she thinks ABC dropped the ball and canceled the story. There are the phone numbers of approximately 10,000 clients on "the list".

Some are very powerful men, obviously. Lot's of them. Like maybe 100 of the top level military and senior government officials in this country-many currently holding top level security clearances.

The problem is not so much buying sexual fantasy talk, the problem is men who indulge in this sort of paid play are very susceptible to blackmail. Especially the ones spouting to the world about their own "family values."

<snip>

*** was right-listen to Ms. Palfrey and hear for yourself that Vice President DICK CHENEY is likely on the list...how recently, you ask?

Well, Prissy cannot give you times and dates-not yet anyway, but know this. The only phone records analyzed so far are from 2002-2006-*** claim Dicks visits happened in the 1990's. If you want to hear some other potential list makers, listen to the last five minutes of the show on the podcast below: http://freepress.org/radio/theprogressiverevolution/the...

If this story is true, and if I were the young ladies who could eye-ball Cheney as witnesses to the deeds, I'd be taking the next flight out to a remote part of the world and changing my identity. I wonder if any of Palfrey's ladies of the night are mysteriously missing.

The Raw Story | 'DC madam' lawyer: Cheney isn't not on phone records

"This is a draft-dodging half-human war criminal with a pregnant lesbian daughter who tells senators to **** themselves and shoots his own friends in the face. Ordering an outcall hooker is positively innocent compared to the well-known things Cheney does every day."

The Raw Story | 'Daily Show' lambastes 'Highlander' Cheney's 'secret secrets'

"Dick Cheney exists neither in the executive branch nor the legislative, yet simultaneously in both," 'Daily Show' correspondent John Oliver adds. "He is neither man nor beast, yet has elements of the twain. He is at once everything and nothing, substance without form, shape without motion, time without reason... he is the Highlander."

Yet no problems whatsoever with Vince Foster.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. Sigh. Right on time idjits.

Actually, I saw the breaking news of this story on the Drudge Report just as I was pulling out the oars to row over to Skins's island yesterday.  I saw the headline and thought, "Ho-hum, another celebrity disaster."

Then I thought no more of it.

I've been really surprised at how this event has captured the rapt attention of the primitives and sub-primitives.

By the way, isn't it usually the primitives and sub-primitives who "demand" there be more "intellectualism," more serious discourse on serious matters, in the news media?

'D.C. Madam' found hanged

(CNN) -- Deborah Jeane Palfrey, known as the "D.C. Madam," was found dead in Florida on Thursday, according to Tarpon Springs police.

Palfrey hanged herself in a storage shed on her mother's property, where she had been staying, police said. Palfrey's mother, 76-year-old Blanche Palfrey, found the body, police said.
Palfrey was convicted April 15 in connection with a high-end prostitution ring catering to Washington's elite. She had said in interviews that she would kill herself before going to prison.
