Any attempt by the Democrats or Obama to co-opt the OWS movement is going to fail miserably. Obama has taken more corporate money than all of the Republican candidates combined and OWS knows this. That would mean getting off his ass and doing something. The OWS slime would rather camp out in a park, collect $500k in donations and eat like kings than actually work for what they believe in.

Look at the Occupiers. They can find hippies in every town to join them. BUT they still demand that elected officials obey OWS street edicts rather than make things happen on their own.

Correct.  They demand that someone else nebulous do something equally-undefined, or simply economically ridiculous, rather than formulating a clear plan with achievable objectives and working toward it as a group.  Their entire movement represents a triumph of romantic thinking over rational thought.
