From the looks of it, this will be a very pertinent, very good exchange. First of all, it is only two people, not nine people all clamoring for time. No scurrilous sex harassment issues, no petulant illegal immigrant debacles that don't involve the actual issues, and not housekeepers. Indeed, though I know that Gingrich is more politically savvy and, to a degree, more media aware, Cain will hold his own better than anyone. Keep in mind that Cain is the only one I trust to go on shows like Meet the Press or Lawrence O'Donnell and actually come out on top by destroying the premise of the gotcha question.
It IS telling that Rick Perry is not in this mix, as well as Michele Bachmann. Romney of course is NOT going to EVER agree to a debate with a conservative.
